Our AR-15/M4 Flash hiders are made from 1 solid piece of 3/4″ diameter, US Manufactured and certified, Grade 5 (6AL4V) titanium. They are built to direct thread onto a standard 1/2-28 threaded barrel. And come with a Titanium spacer washer that fits between the shoulder of your barrel and the back of the Flash Hider. They are built to work with .223/5.56 Cal. ONLY.

Our Titanium Pitchfork style Flash Hiders are made to fit MOST standard factory and aftermarket AR-15 and M4 barrels. They have a .748″ diameter at the base, are 2.150″ overall length and weigh in at 1.1 ounce. That is 45% less than steel..

The three forks of the Pitchfork are each machined slightly differently. This changes the weight of each fork just slightly, and helps to eliminate harmonics, as the bullet passes through.
