Our Square Shouldered BLANK pivot sets are perfect for those of you who like to embellish your pivot screws and make them your own… The set comes with 2 – 5/16″ diameter Zirconium screws and 1 heat treated 416 stainless barrel. The screws have a head diameter of .305″, a shoulder height of .080″ and a flat blank face, so they will fit nicely into a 5/16″ (.3125) counter bore. They are available with your choice of 3/16″ or 1/4″ Barrel. The barrels are 3/16″ (.187) Or 1/4″ (.2495) diameter with a tolerance of -0/+.0002.
The pivots are available in 3 standard barrel lengths. .375″ .425 and .500″.
We also have 1/4″ barrels available in .625 length. For these, you will need to order the .500 long barrels and comment in the order notes that you would like to substitute the .625″ length …..
TIP: If you want to have a torx drive on one side and a blank face on the other, you can simply order a blank set and set of any other, of our 5/16″, 3/8″ or 1/2″ pivot sets. Then just mix and match. All of our pivot sets are interchangeable!!!
