4-40 Titanium Button Head Screws
Our Titanium screws are machined from 6AL4V titanium and single point threaded 4-40. With a machined T-8 torx style drive.
Our heads are concentric to .0003″. We take great pride in our screws and feel ours are the best in the industry.
Our 4-40 button head screws come with a standard .212″ diameter head and a standard head height of .065″ .
Available in the following thread lengths: .085, .110, .125, .165, .188, .250, .375, .500″

NOTE: We thread our .085, .110, .125, .165, .188, .250″ and .375″ Button head screws all the way to the head, Our .500″ Button head screws are only threaded the last .313″. The first portion below the head is not threaded!
