Description
Our Titanium pivot sets come with 2ea. 6al4v titanium screws, in your choice of short socket head or domed button head. And 1ea. 416 stainless heat treated barrel. The barrels are 5/32″(.1560) diameter with a tolerance of +0/-.0002. and threaded for 4-40 screws.
The 4-40 short socket head screws have a head diameter of .185″ so they will fit nicely into a our custom made solid carbide #4 .195 SSH Counterbore, that can be found on our tooling page.
The 4-40 domed button head screws have a head diameter of .213″ so they will fit nicely into our custom made solid carbide #4 .223 BH Counterbore, that can be found on our tooling page.
The barrels are available in 3 standard lengths. .375″, .425″ and .500″.
