Our Standard AR Anti-walk Hammer & Trigger Pin sets are made from Grade 5 (6AL4V) titanium. They are Proudly, Precision Machined by us, in Bigfork, Montana, USA!!!! Yes.. We even make the titanium screws!!!
Our Titanium AR Hammer & Trigger Pins are made to fit MOST standard factory and aftermarket AR-15, M4 and AR-10 Lower Receivers, using .154″ diameter pins. They weigh in at .15 ounce per set. That is 45% less than steel.. Our Standard set comes with 2- Grade5 Ti pins, 4- Grade5 Ti screws and 1- Alignment tool, that helps guide your new pins into the Lower, while pushing out the old pins.
** NOTE: Our pins have a .880″ OAL and are threaded 4-40 on both ends. And our screws have a .250″ thread length. This should allow our Standard pin sets to accommodate Lowers with a width from approximately .880″-.910″…
**The Grade5 Titanium screws require a T8 torx style driver for assembly… (Torx Driver NOT included)
