These Optic Screws are designed to hold your Stacatto adapter plate to the slide.
These screws are specifically designed to work with the Dawson Style plate.
These plates require 3 screws.. 2 are threaded M4x.7, have a .270″ diameter short socket head, and a .265″ overall length. The 3rd screw is threaded 8-32, has a .265 diameter short socket head, and a .340″ overall length.
Our Titanium pistol optic screws are made to fit MOST standard size factory and aftermarket adapter plates. HOWEVER, Always check the clearances, to ensure the screws don’t protrude and interfere with the function of your firearm..
Our screws have a machined in six lug drive. They accept a standard T-10 size driver.
Our optic screws are 100% machined by us in Montana, and are made from Aerospace quality and certified USA manufactured Grade 5 (6AL4V) titanium.
Note: We recommend the use of 1-2 drops of Med thread locker, a quality driver and screws be tightened to 12-15 INCH pounds, using a quality torque wrench. *We use, sell and recommend Vibra-Tite*
