Most of us have made something like this out of a junk piece of ti.. But, for whatever reason, they never seem to have enough or the right size screw holes. So, we decided to start making these ..
They are 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ x .100 thick. They have 2- 6-40 tapped holes at the top for our pivot screws, 15- 2-56, 10- 4-40 and 10-6-32 threaded holes. The plate can be used for anodizing and as a grinding fixture for shortening your screw lengths.
